The rapid technological development and rapid growth of information flows predetermine the constant need to master new areas and gain new competencies. In such conditions, the role of institutions of additional education is significantly increasing. At the same time, there is a growing public request for educational programs, which allow satisfying the needs оf personal growth at any age.
Obviously, additional education becomes one of the key components of the educational trajectory of each person. The observed changes require new substantive and managerial decisions.
